Chargebacks & Fraud

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback, Wearwinko reserves the right to dispute the claim with all available evidence, including shipping confirmation, tracking, and communication records.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Wearwinko at info@wearwinko.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may be considered a violation of this agreement.

Wearwinko reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with all available evidence, including but not limited to order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, IP address, and customer communication records.

In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to block future orders and take further action where necessary.
