Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Items opened and functioning as intended
- Claims without sufficient proof
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after deducting shipping and fulfillment costs.
If an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale due to customer handling, only 50% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Chargeback Protection
By purchasing, customers agree to contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Failure to do so may be considered abuse of payment systems.
